Maintenance contracts are available for annual and multi-year contracts. Manufacturers of flood control systems require annual inspections of all devices.
Every flood proofing design requires annual maintenance and inspection to ensure that all components function optimally under flood conditions. The necessary inspection and maintenance activities must be described in an Inspection and Maintenance Plan.
All components should be inspected as part of an annual (as a minimum) maintenance and inspection program contact.
